About the role
- Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications
- Checking clients in and out, processing payments, and ensuring accurate billing
- Maintaining organized, up-to-date patient records
- Assisting with client education, including treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up reminders
- Collaborating with veterinarians and technicians to keep appointments running smoothly
- Helping maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and reception area
Requirements
- Previous veterinary, medical, or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software systems
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
