Blend leadership and clinical work—manage the hospital while still putting LVT skills to use and occasionally assist with patient care.
Lead, coach, and develop a collaborative, motivated, and skilled team.
Oversee hospital operations such as payroll, inventory, compliance (OSHA/DEA), and financial performance.
Drive client retention and satisfaction by fostering exceptional customer service.
Contribute to a supportive environment where pets receive top-quality care and staff can grow.
Requirements
Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) preferred—but not required.
Previous leadership, supervisory, or practice management experience (3+ years ideal).
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
A passion for client service and patient care with a “lead by example” mentality.
Business acumen and comfort managing budgets, payroll, and practice operations.
Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office and practice management software.
Flexibility, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
