About the role
- Boost patient recruitment for clinical trials through tailored site optimization services
- Provide personalized coaching and strategic guidance
- Conduct in-person visits to increase trial awareness among stakeholders
- Offer telephone-based coaching to motivate sites
- Assist sites in identifying patient pathways and distributing materials
- Build strong relationships and ensure ongoing engagement with recruitment efforts
- Identify protocol challenges and promote best practices
- Ensure all call and follow-up reports are completed accurately
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant Clinical Research experience
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Word/Google Docs
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection
- Familiarity with Skype (or similar communication platforms)
