About the role

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate strategies to meet sales targets and increase market share in the South-East Asia region.
  • Conduct continuous business reviews and performance evaluations of distributors and business partners in the territories.
  • Establish training programs.
  • Meet key accounts; identify and build relationships with decision-makers among livestock companies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changing customer needs.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data and report on the success of business development activities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations governing products in the animal health industry.
  • Assist clients in the use of Innovative Diagnostics products and resolve technical problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine, life science, agriculture economics or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the veterinary sector in South-East Asia, dealing with users and end-users of veterinary diagnostics, feed additives, vaccines and hygiene products.
  • Knowledge in ELISA/PCR testing and their applications.
  • Knowledge regarding the use of relevant software, such as CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including presentation skills.
  • Internationally oriented and willing to travel circa 50%.
