About the role
- Identify and reduce customers' pain points
- Train customers on farm management software capabilities
- User pattern analysis and tracking user engagement
- Inform users of software improvements
- Identify opportunities for other Innovasea aquaculture solutions
- Collaborate with global sales team
- Manage platform subscription renewals
- Generate and track all service-related issues
- Support and manage customer trials
- Customer follow-up post installation
- Quality assurance for outgoing orders
- Data analytics and customer reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Marine Science, or a related field
- Experience supporting Service as a Software (SaaS) platform customers
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Good writing, communication, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work in Greece
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Dedicated team player
- Knowledge of aquaculture farm management software
- Experience within the aquaculture industry
- Proven experience working with SQL, database tools, and business intelligence tools (e.g. Yellowfin)
- Familiarity with CRM practices
- The ability to master several languages, especially Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Turkish, is considered a significant advantage.
