• Perform demos to align with customer use cases, population needs, and value-based care goals.
• Support RFPs, RFIs, and solution design sessions with clinical expertise.
• Participate in discovery calls to understand clinical pain points, workflows, and success metrics.
• Clearly articulate the clinical, ROI, and operational value of the platform.
• Deliver ongoing clinical training, workflow support, and best-practice recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinical leaders, care managers, physicians, and operational teams.
• Monitor adoption, identify gaps, and recommend optimization strategies from a value framework.
• Support change management initiatives by helping customers adapt workflows and processes.
• Translate clinical requirements into solution configurations.
• Advise customers on best practices for workflow design.

Clinical Transformation Consultant

• Innovaccer is building an AI Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team focused on taking AI from concept to production inside customer environments.
• You will work directly with customers to design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows on Innovaccer’s Gravity platform.
• You will be expected to ship working AI solutions within weeks, not months.
• Design and implement AI agents that reason, plan, use tools, and execute actions.
• Build agentic workflows combining LLMs, tools, memory, and orchestration layers.
• Deploy AI solutions on the Gravity platform within aggressive timelines (weeks).
• Integrate agents with data pipelines, APIs, workflows, and enterprise systems.
• Work directly with customer technical, data, and operational teams.
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and harden solutions for live customer use.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during AI adoption and rollout.
• Write production-grade code in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Ensure reliability, observability, security, and performance of AI systems.
• Document architectures, orchestration logic, and best practices.
• Feed learnings back into Innovaccer’s AI and Gravity platform roadmap.
