- Identify expansion opportunities across sectors and client segments

- Build and manage a strong and healthy sales pipeline
- Achieve and exceed budgeted sales targets
- Generate new revenue through strategic account acquisition

- Collaborate closely with international teams to deliver maximum client value
- Monitor performance and continuously implement improvements
- Support strong marketing and communication initiatives within the region
- Represent Innova at trade shows and conferences
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
- Strengthen Innova’s visibility and reputation in Korea
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of senior commercial experience in Korea
- Strong B2B sales background with a proven track record
- Experience within FMCG, food & beverage, market research, SaaS, data, or consulting
- Demonstrated ability to scale revenue and grow market presence
- Fluent Korean and English
