Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing clear explanations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Document technical designs, configuration steps, and best practices to support repeatable success.
Explore opportunities for automation and optimization to improve customer efficiency.
Continuously learn and adapt to new products, platforms, and integration tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in a technical consulting, professional services, systems integration, solutions engineering, or systems engineering role.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly understand complex systems and processes.
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Self-starter with initiative, resourcefulness, and a passion for learning new technologies.
Familiarity with integration concepts, APIs (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML), and database platforms.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
