Accounts Receivable

• Review credit and financial information of new customers and investigate any inconsistencies
• Posting payments
• Assist with new customer setup in JDE
• Manage the collections process on specific accounts
• Review orders for release of credit holds on accounts
• Work on improvement projects with internal and external partners
• Interact with Pricing, Logistics, and Customer Service to satisfactorily rectify customer issues, deductions and chargebacks
• Assist with testing to supplement both SOX and PWC controls on a monthly and quarterly basis for Accounts Receivable
