About the role
- Develop new mechanics and improve existing features for Cozy Coast using Unity3D/C#
- Collaborate closely with Art, Game Design, Backend and QA specialists to shape player experience
- Ensure high product quality via (automated) tests, profiling tools and debugging
- Create fun gameplay, improve visual feedback loops and usability
- Foster knowledge sharing, feedback culture and high-level standards
- Create tools and workflows to optimize interdisciplinary team work
Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience in Game Development with Unity (Unity3D/C#)
- Knowledge of software engineering principles, patterns, object-oriented programming
- Experience writing clean, readable, maintainable code
- Experience with automated tests, debugging and profiling code
- First experiences and passion for agentic AI and generative AI in development
- Communicative team player; willingness to give and take feedback
- Comfortable working in multicultural environment; English as preferred language
