Event Promotion: Support our communications team by creating and sharing content on social media, engaging with the community, and helping boost event visibility.
Event Organisation: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing both virtual and in-person events.
Community Engagement: Interact with attendees online, help answer questions, and keep the energy high before and during events.
Speaker & Session Support: Coordinate with speakers, support logistics, and help sessions run smoothly.
Digital Resource Management: Help organise and share materials like event schedules, speaker bios and more.
Organise Events on site - booking the hotel for our speakers, venues
Requirements
Motivated, reliable individuals who are passionate about women’s empowerment and business
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Interest or experience in social media and digital communication
Ability to work independently and remotely
Fluent or proficient in written and spoken English (our working language)
Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Canva, or Instagram is a plus, but not required
