About the role
- Provide onsite support to end users at the client’s location
- Administer Google Workspace and support tools such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Google Meet
- Configure and support Apple devices
- Deploy and image Windows 11 equipment
- Provide support for meeting rooms and videoconferencing systems
- Manage and track incidents through a ticketing system
Requirements
- Experience in onsite IT support
- Solid knowledge of Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Apple environments, especially macOS and iOS
- Experience with Jamf, Apple Business Manager, Intune, Autopilot, or SCCM is a plus
- English level B1 or B2
- Professional appearance
- Strong communication skills and executive-level language
- Proactivity in preventive maintenance (e.g., meeting room checks)
