About the role
- Ensure the accurate and timely actualization of sales opportunities and support end-to-end revenue operations processes.
- Own the full lifecycle of opportunity actualization, ensuring deals are accurately tracked, updated, and closed in CRM (preferably Salesforce).
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Finance to validate revenue recognition and booking accuracy.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data between sales, delivery, and billing systems.
- Build and maintain workflows and automations that streamline opportunity progression and reduce manual overhead.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional RevOps initiatives that improve sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
- Support CRM and sales tech stack optimization, including implementation of new tools or enhancements.
- Assist in continuous and auditable analysis of sales data entered into applicable CRM systems.
- Analyze performance data across funnel stages and propose actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Help define and enforce sales training and best practices across GTM teams.
- Collaborate with FP&A, Client Services and Finance teams on revenue reporting, reconciliations, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function, preferably within adtech, SaaS, or media.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and opportunity management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM experience with tools like HubSpot, Looker, Tableau is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets and data manipulation skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.

- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with adtech revenue models (CPM, CPC, programmatic, IO-based deals, etc.).
- Background in finance, accounting, or systems integration
