About the role
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and regular communication.
- Manage marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, strategy) to ensure client needs are understood and executed effectively.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing any issues.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients on campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services where appropriate.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency or client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, channels, and campaign types.
- Comfortable using project management and CRM tools.
