About the role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and regular communication.
  • Manage marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, strategy) to ensure client needs are understood and executed effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing any issues.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients on campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency or client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, channels, and campaign types.
  • Comfortable using project management and CRM tools.
