About the role

  • - **Proactive Headhunting & Sourcing:** Identify and engage top talent across sales, marketing, finance/accounting, tech, and professional services roles.

Requirements

  • - **Experience:** 3+ years in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition, preferably in commercial, tech, or finance sectors.
  • - **Proven Track Record:** Consistent delivery of senior-level placements across sales, marketing, finance, and/or technology roles.
  • - **Strategic Mindset:** Ability to advise leadership, contribute ideas, and challenge processes where needed.
  • - **Organised & Process-Driven:** Able to manage multiple live roles with accountability and attention to detail.
  • - **Tech-Savvy:** Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms.
  • - **Strong Communicator:** Professional, clear, and persuasive, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
