About the role
- Proactive headhunting and sourcing across sales, marketing, accounting/finance, tech, and professional services roles
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, shortlisting, offers, and placement
- Running multiple live roles concurrently with strong organisation and accountability
- Producing high-quality candidate summaries and shortlists for international clients
- Building long-term pipelines for commercial, technical, and marketing talent
- Collaborating closely with operations and leadership to ensure seamless onboarding and placement success
- Continuously improving recruitment processes, tooling, and candidate experience
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition
- Proven placements across sales, marketing, finance, and/or technology roles
- Strong understanding of commercial and growth-driven roles (BD, marketing, revenue, technical support functions)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms
- Clear, professional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- A true A-team player who takes ownership and pride in outcomes
