About the role

  • Planning, creating, and publishing content on TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube (Shorts), Twitch (depending on focus)
  • Developing a content plan (weekly/monthly) including topics, hooks, formats, and series
  • Community management (comments, DMs, moderation, brand tone)
  • Live social coverage of matches, events, bootcamps, announcements (real-time posts, clips, highlights)
  • Collaboration with players, coaches, content creators, and the team (briefings, content shoots, guidelines)
  • Support for partnerships/sponsors: asset execution, postings, KPI reporting
  • Performance analysis: insights/KPIs, tests (A/B), optimization of formats and posting times
  • Maintenance of a small asset & template library (branding, thumbnails, reels covers, etc.)

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media/content (Esports/Gaming strongly preferred)
  • Strong platform understanding (especially TikTok/IG Reels/Shorts) and a sense for trends without being “cringe”
  • Confident writing skills (German; English is an advantage), good meme/community understanding
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut/Premiere/DaVinci) and simple design skills (Canva/PS)
  • You work independently, reliably, and are fast in execution
  • Bonus: Experience with esports organizations, teams, tournaments, or creator management
