About the role
- Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle
- Manage the recruitment process for various positions
- Organize and conduct structured onboarding processes
- Maintain digital personnel files in accordance with GDPR
- Serve as the central point of contact for HR-related matters
- Support personnel decisions and performance management
- Plan and coordinate training and development measures
- Organize and document offboarding
Requirements
- Business administration vocational training, a degree, or equivalent qualification in HR
- Experience as an HR Specialist or in a generalist HR role
- Confident and professional interaction with employees and managers
- Structured, reliable working style and excellent communication skills
- Appreciation for modern digital work environments and remote work
- Willingness to take ownership and independently develop processes
- Professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
- Meticulous approach to work and discretion/confidentiality
