About the role
- Help to keep projects moving through the agency
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources and processes to take projects from concept through to implementation
- Work with all internal departments during the life of a project
- Be trained and possess extensive knowledge of multiple submission platforms
- Understand assets delivered by creative team to prepare for submission
- Maintain electronic job folders based on established procedures
- Maintain jobs in system
- Pull weekly project financial reports
- Schedule and prepare materials for team meetings
- Assist Senior Project Managers and greater project management team
Requirements

- Detail and process-oriented with good written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- High comfort level with technology
- Able to implement instructions from senior team members in a timely manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
