About the role
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with ophthalmologists, retina specialists, and office staff
- Deliver clear and compliant product and disease state education to healthcare providers
- Build strong knowledge of assigned products, including mechanism of action, indication, and key clinical data
- Apply knowledge of the healthcare industry, market trends, and compliance guidelines in daily interactions
- Ask strategic questions to understand customer needs and tailor communication effectively
- Execute territory plans and support sales goals through consistent activity and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and drive overall team success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of B2B sales experience
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a sales environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel overnight if required
