About the role
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a designated team of Clinical Educators
- Demonstrate sound decision-making and judgment across operational, compliance, and people leadership responsibilities
- Ensure all program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded within assigned region
- Provide ongoing assessment of regional performance utilizing quantitative and qualitative data
- Support operational execution of all contractual program requirements
- Maintain working knowledge of program technologies including CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Prepare, review, and validate regional reports, spreadsheets, and communications prior to distribution
- Conduct regular field visits with Clinical Educators, including documented coaching and Field Coaching Reports
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development to direct reports
- Communicate program updates, enhancements, and organizational initiatives clearly and effectively
- Ensure direct reports are equipped with appropriate tools, technology, and resources
- Partner with leadership to support client and internal meetings, offering solutions and insights
- Monitor roster changes including launches, realignments, territory changes, and other operational adjustments
- Support leadership coverage as needed during planned or unplanned absences
- Utilize financial and operational data to guide decision-making and control costs
- Travel within assigned region as required
- Perform other duties as requested
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience (BSN preferred)
- Active RN or RT license required
- 2–3 years of field leadership or supervisory management experience
- Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing talent
- Clinical education experience supporting Healthcare Professionals preferred
- Experience within a specified disease state or specialty area preferred
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret and leverage performance and financial data
- Must reside within 60 minutes of a major airport
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within assigned region
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and operate standard office equipment
