About the role

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IFS ERP implementation projects, from initial planning and scoping through to deployment and post-implementation support in the manufacturing domain.
  • Understanding the business requirements and translate, configure and customize the IFS ERP system to meet the unique needs of manufacturing clients.
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements specific to manufacturing processes.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams and clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system in manufacturing environments.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and best practices of the IFS ERP software, with a focus on manufacturing industry trends and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, chemical & process engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5 years of experience with a proven track record in successfully delivering complex ERP implementation projects, specifically in IFS ERP within the manufacturing domain.
  • Expertise in manufacturing processes and strong knowledge of manufacturing modules in IFS ERP system is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on providing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
