• Structure learning experiences in synchronous (in-person and online), mixed, hybrid and fully asynchronous modalities.
• Map audience context to design more personalized learning experiences.
• Design learning experiences based on transcribed content.
• Architect transcribed content into a learning experience for the Inicie Platform.
• Propose active and interactive approaches within the content and the learning experience.
• Structure the curriculum matrix.
• Design and map learning objectives for the experience (general and specific).
• Determine the period, workload (total hours) and duration for a learning experience.
• Structure learning experiences in synchronous (in-person and online), mixed, hybrid and fully asynchronous modalities.
• Determine the form and format for content (learning objects) using digital resources and tools.
• Base learning experience designs on reference documents and guidelines for Inicie.
• Adapt the language of content to and within the experience according to the target audience, objectives, modality, workload, duration and curriculum matrix.
• Incorporate the Inicie training pathway methodology into the design of learning experiences (flipped classroom and project-based methodology).
• Determine and design student assessment and monitoring methods.
• Design assessment rubrics.
• Research, plan and develop instructional materials and courses in different modalities.
• Script and design the architecture of materials for different channels and media.
• Research, analyze and understand the audience for which each instructional material or course is intended.
• Define learning objectives, skills and competencies and create learning experiences aligned with those objectives.
• Define the learning strategy and participant experience aligned with the target audience's needs and organizational objectives.
• Create and customize content, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of instructional materials and courses.
• Create assessment resources and activities that contribute to a dynamic and enriching learning experience.
• Stay up to date with trends and advances in education, incorporating new approaches, methodologies and resources into created materials and courses.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of materials and courses, adjusting strategy and approach as necessary.
• Identify areas for content improvement and liaise with content authors for adaptation, correction or revision, enhancing resources and making content engaging and interactive.
• Keep project documentation and folders of instructional materials and courses organized and up-to-date.
