About the role

  • Design and evolve scalable data architecture to support all company products
  • Build and maintain robust, monitorable ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Develop integration connectors with internal systems and client platforms
  • Implement dimensional modeling for analytical environments
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability
  • Create dashboards and reports in Looker / Metabase
  • Develop custom visualizations when necessary
  • Structure datasets, metrics, and KPIs for self-service analytics
  • Automate strategic reports and alerts
  • Support exploratory analyses and insight generation
  • Create performance indicators for educational products
  • Support Product and Leadership teams in data-driven decision making

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering
  • Experience building production ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow or similar tools
  • Strong advanced SQL skills
  • Practical experience with BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Experience with dimensional modeling and analytical architecture
  • Essential Technical Skills: Advanced SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Airflow), Airbyte, PostgreSQL / BigQuery / ClickHouse, Looker / Metabase, Git, ETL / ELT / Data Warehousing
