About the role

  • Independently manage the entire B2B sales funnel from lead generation and outbound sales through to closing, onboarding, and account expansion.
  • Actively build and qualify a sustainable sales pipeline via email, LinkedIn and phone.
  • Conduct professional SaaS product demos and support trial and onboarding phases.
  • Own responsibility for existing customers, including usage expansion, renewals and revenue growth.
  • Maintain, analyze and optimize the sales pipeline in HubSpot, including reporting and forecasting.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Management to refine messaging, ideal customer profiles and sales processes.
  • Analyze relevant sales KPIs to improve conversion rates and deal velocity.

Requirements

  • Several years of solid experience in B2B sales, business development or account management, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Native-level German, both written and spoken; very good English skills for international collaboration.
  • Strong experience in proactive outbound sales and leading complex sales conversations.
  • Proficient in working with CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a confident presence when engaging decision-makers.
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented work style in a remote setup.
