• Conduct professional, audience-focused SaaS product demos and provide structured support during trial and rollout phases.
• Actively manage and develop existing customer accounts with an emphasis on adoption growth, contract renewals, and long-term retention.
• Maintain, analyze, and continuously optimize the sales pipeline in HubSpot, including reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Management to refine target customer profiles, messaging, and sales processes.
