About the role
- End-to-end ownership of the entire B2B sales funnel — from structured lead generation and proactive outbound sales through qualification and contract closing to onboarding, account management, and revenue growth.
- Independently build, maintain, and prioritize a qualified sales pipeline via email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
- Conduct professional, audience-focused SaaS product demos and provide structured support during trial and rollout phases.
- Actively manage and develop existing customer accounts with an emphasis on adoption growth, contract renewals, and long-term retention.
- Maintain, analyze, and continuously optimize the sales pipeline in HubSpot, including reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Management to refine target customer profiles, messaging, and sales processes.
Requirements
- Several years of solid experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Native-level German (spoken and written) and very strong English skills for international collaboration.
- Proven track record in proactive outbound sales and leading complex sales conversations with decision-makers.
- Strong experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, including pipeline management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and a confident, professional demeanor.
- High degree of self-responsibility, a structured working style, and strong results orientation, especially in a remote setup.
