About the role
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive commitments.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials.
- Provide general administrative support and track expenses.
- Support the organization of internal events and team initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and well-organized experience.
- Act as an internal point of contact for administrative and operational support.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in executive assistance, administrative support, or management support roles.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented profile, with a high level of autonomy.
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Solid command of digital tools (Office, calendars, video conferencing platforms).
- Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
