About the role

  • Partner and consult plant leadership about HR matters, provide effective advice and coaching to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition team members on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies.
  • Driving performance culture for all levels including associate level and provide consultation to plant management team to deliver world class plant performance in relation to 4C strategy (Care, Cost, Capacity and Customer).
  • Facilitate People & Capabilities Review to build organization capabilities/ effectiveness for business growth and enhance talent bench strengths and pipeline for business growth for the two plants.
  • Strengthen employee engagement via employee relation programs and establish positive relationships with community and local government bodies via CSR and external relation programs.
  • Identify HR strategies that are aligned with the country HR direction, identify areas for continuous improvement and take initiatives to enhance the organization, people capability and wellbeing and working environment.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on all employee-related matters and assist in the resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Responsible for recommending, implementing and communicating Compensation & Benefits policies and processes. Ensure effective annual salary review and bonus plan implementation. Determine appropriate salary scales for newcomers and able to provide daily consultancy to managers and staff on the C&B policies and regulation.
  • Maintain human resource information systems records ensuring data accuracy and compiles reports from the database. Responsible for delivering HR reporting analytics (staffing, absenteeism, overtime etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in middle management level with related fields in (HR) HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong HR generalist background: talent retention, performance evaluation, capability review, development planning, and succession planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in people management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of Thai labor laws.
  • Experience in disciplinary actions in manufacturing.
  • Ability to work independently, with confidence and autonomy.
  • Willingness to travel and work across both plants (Kalasin and Sikhiu).
