About the role
- Develop comprehensive solution designs that include recommended hardware, software, and services tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with sales teams, partners, and clients to gather requirements—security, budget, timelines, and technical needs.
- Deliver solution presentations to partners and support them in client-facing engagements.
- Empower TSS associates to grow technology sales while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of experience in technology solutions
- Strong foundational knowledge of technical products and systems
- Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences
- Initiative-driven with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 3 years of functional experience, including 1 year in a similar role
