About the role

  • Assist Solution Development Consultant in maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
  • Deliver quotes and discuss opportunity terms for small to mid ticket finance opportunities
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients to cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Handle inbound prospect calls and convert them into sales; overcome objections
  • Collaborate with IMFS, sales, legal, and underwriting teams to structure and execute finance solutions
  • Obtain, consolidate, and process underwriting information for transactions
  • Support ANZ region and coordinate enquiries from countries outside ANZ with local business management
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations and support marketing efforts (trade shows, exhibits, events)
  • Maintain lease records and databases; asset and lease tracking, refresh, retirement and disposal
  • Financial and pipeline reporting; act as liaison to services business units and vendors to collect services-related components

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of finance and/or leasing industry best practices
  • Ability to improve principles, concepts and technologies relevant to the role
  • Working knowledge of how the position relates to others in the organisation
  • Ability to communicate with several levels of associates internally and externally in an accurate and professional manner
  • Ability to report and project accurately and according to agreed timeframes
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Computer proficiency – Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
  • Knowledge in related finance regulatory rules and legislations (AML/CTF) is highly desired
