About the role
- Lead design strategy and execution across key areas of our Cart & Checkout domain
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Design experiences that improve cart management, checkout flow, order review, and related transactional moments
- Support user research, usability testing, and customer conversations
- Rapidly prototype, visualize, and iterate on solutions based on feedback
- Present and defend design recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and creative direction to other designers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in UX, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 10+ years of UX/Product Design experience
- Deep expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, influence across functions, and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong systems thinking in complex transactional ecosystems
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Demonstrated experience partnering closely with Engineering teams
- A strong portfolio showing your ability to drive clarity, quality, and impact
