About the role

  • Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and support projects
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions
  • Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Controlling (CO)
  • Manage integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP
  • Drive S/4HANA Finance transformation or migration projects
  • Provide functional leadership to project teams and mentor junior consultants
  • Conduct workshops with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and provide process improvements
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes within SAP
  • Collaborate with technical teams for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
  • Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and documentation
  • Support UAT, system integration testing, and go-live activities

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in SAP FICO consulting
  • Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
  • Deep knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles
  • Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects
  • Strong experience in integration with MM, SD, and other modules
  • Knowledge of financial closing, tax configuration, and reporting
  • Experience working with global teams and large enterprise environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or FSCM is preferred
  • SAP certification in SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
