About the role

  • Build a deep understanding of Ingram Micro’s full Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform portfolio
  • Deliver exceptional service and strategic business guidance
  • Work closely with Elite Service Partners and Managed Service Partner network
  • Strengthen relationships and drive partner-to-partner collaboration
  • Expand solution and service capabilities across the ecosystem
  • Take ownership of revenue, margin, and overall trading partner performance
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, to support smooth operational processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer payments through effective partnership with finance
  • Act as a connector across the organisation, strengthening peer‑to‑peer engagement
  • Elevate partner capability by supporting growth, enablement, and the development of new opportunities

Requirements

  • B2B or B2C sales experience within the IT Channel (essential)
  • Knowledge and passion for technology products and services (essential)
  • Ability to maintain and manage a pipeline of deals and opportunities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, using initiative to drive business growth
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
  • Ability to work in a structured, methodical way
  • Extensive industry experience with a strong network
  • Flexibility to respond to customer and vendor needs at short notice
  • Works with agility, integrity, passion, and drive
