About the role
- Build a deep understanding of Ingram Micro’s full Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform portfolio
- Deliver exceptional service and strategic business guidance
- Work closely with Elite Service Partners and Managed Service Partner network
- Strengthen relationships and drive partner-to-partner collaboration
- Expand solution and service capabilities across the ecosystem
- Take ownership of revenue, margin, and overall trading partner performance
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, to support smooth operational processes
- Ensure timely and accurate customer payments through effective partnership with finance
- Act as a connector across the organisation, strengthening peer‑to‑peer engagement
- Elevate partner capability by supporting growth, enablement, and the development of new opportunities
Requirements
- B2B or B2C sales experience within the IT Channel (essential)
- Knowledge and passion for technology products and services (essential)
- Ability to maintain and manage a pipeline of deals and opportunities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, using initiative to drive business growth
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Ability to work in a structured, methodical way
- Extensive industry experience with a strong network
- Flexibility to respond to customer and vendor needs at short notice
- Works with agility, integrity, passion, and drive
