Design, structure, and continuously improve the portfolio of maintenance and service contracts for low pressure blowers, tailored to customer needs and market requirements.
Define commercial conditions, including pricing strategies, margin targets, and value propositions for different contract tiers.
Manage the full lifecycle of maintenance contracts, including monitoring performance, profitability, and renewal rates.
Train and support the sales organization across EMEA in effectively promoting and selling the service contracts.
Collaborate with product management, finance, and service operations teams to ensure feasibility and profitability of offerings.
Monitor market trends and competitors' service offerings to ensure competitive positioning.
Set and track sales targets for maintenance contracts, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Act as a central point of contact for commercial and operational issues related to service contracts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial equipment services or aftermarket business, ideally in compressors or blowers
Proven experience in designing and managing service contract offerings
Strong financial and analytical skills, with ability to define margin structures and pricing models
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of training and influencing commercial teams across diverse markets
Fluent in English; other EMEA languages are an asset
Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required
