About the role

  • Drive sales growth for vacuum pump products across assigned regions (Tamil Nadu / Gujarat) and industries
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with OEMs, end‑users, and channel partners
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vacuum pump solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Handle the complete sales cycle including enquiries, negotiations, order finalization, and follow‑ups
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and maintain an updated sales pipeline
  • Support after‑sales activities in coordination with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal teams for pricing, technical support, and project execution
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, visits, and sales activity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in any Engineering stream or related technical field
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial equipment sales, preferably vacuum pumps or related technologies
  • Strong technical understanding of vacuum systems and industrial applications
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and customer relationship management
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel frequently for customer visits and business development activities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
