About the role

  • Own the product vision, strategy and multi‑year roadmap for the B2B2C platform across brands and regions.
  • Develop and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business value.
  • Work directly with our development team and participate actively in SCRUM ceremonies, providing clear direction and acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • Collaborate closely with design, information technology, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver successful product outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure product development aligns with overall business goals and strategic objectives for the e-commerce platform.
  • Conduct market research and drive discoveries to identify opportunities and optimize unmet needs within the platform.
  • Drive continuous product discovery and validation through user research, experimentation, and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product launches and go-to-market strategies for new features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4 - 8+ years in product ownership/management for digital commerce, with B2B and D2C experience; industrial/manufacturing domain strongly preferred.
  • Experience integrating with ERP (e.g., SAP/Oracle), CPQ, PIM, OMS/WMS, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), payments, tax/fraud, and shipping/3PL.
  • Proven delivery of white‑label/multi‑tenant or multi‑brand commerce solutions at global scale.
  • Extensive experience working in agile environments, particularly SCRUM, and a solid understanding of agile principles.
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs, user stories, and effectively translating business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Familiarity with digital service technologies, platforms, and market trends within relevant industries.
  • Proficiency with product backlog management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Headless e-commerce platform experience desired.
  • Willingness to travel about 10%-15% of the time, mostly EMEIA.
