About the role

  • Lead Response & Qualification: Fast respond to customer inquiries from website, phone, social media, and events
  • Opportunity Creation & Assignment: Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
  • Quoting & Follow-Up: Provide budgetary quotes within certain business scope and drive order closure
  • Outbound & Demand Generation: Conduct outbound calls to create new opportunities
  • CRM Management & Reporting: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Salesforce

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or Engineering
  • 2–4 years of sales or customer service experience in industrial companies (Inside Sales, SDR, or telesales preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Fluent in English, Malay, Indonesian. Mandarin & Cantonese are preferred.
