💰 €70,000 - €80,000 per year
About the role
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on employment law matters
- Managing and implementing all employee lifecycle processes at the site
- Preparing and reviewing monthly payroll
- Maintaining and further developing our time tracking system
- Maintaining the HRIS and ensuring data accuracy
- Acting as point of contact for the works council and actively participating in the development of works agreements
- Creating and maintaining statistics, reports and personnel files
- Contributing to HR projects and continuously optimizing processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) or a degree with a focus on Human Resource Management
- 4–7 years of professional experience in HR
- Solid knowledge of employment law, HR processes and cooperation with works councils
- Experience working with collective agreements in the metal and electrical industry
- Experience with time tracking/time management systems
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent spoken and written German and English
