About the role

  • Strategic and operational HR business partner
  • Close collaboration with managers to improve collaboration, engagement, productivity, and employee retention
  • Advice on HR policy topics, employment law, company agreements, collective bargaining agreements, and corporate policies
  • Support for change management initiatives and cultural transformation
  • Responsible for recruiting processes: requisitions, candidate selection, interviews, and contract management
  • Execution of personnel actions (transfers, promotions, salary changes, contract amendments)

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • 4–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist in an international industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law and experience working with works councils
  • Broad knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle and HR processes
  • Very good English skills (B2–C1)
