About the role
- Strategic and operational HR business partner
- Close collaboration with managers to improve collaboration, engagement, productivity, and employee retention
- Advice on HR policy topics, employment law, company agreements, collective bargaining agreements, and corporate policies
- Support for change management initiatives and cultural transformation
- Responsible for recruiting processes: requisitions, candidate selection, interviews, and contract management
- Execution of personnel actions (transfers, promotions, salary changes, contract amendments)
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- 4–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist in an international industrial or manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of German labor law and experience working with works councils
- Broad knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle and HR processes
- Very good English skills (B2–C1)
