💰 €70,000 - €80,000 per year
About the role
- Advise and support managers and employees on employment law matters
- Manage and implement all employee lifecycle processes at the site
- Prepare and review monthly payroll
- Maintain the HRIS and ensure accurate data
- Serve as point of contact for the works council and actively contribute to works agreements
- Create and maintain statistics, reports and personnel files
- Participate in HR projects and continuously optimize processes
Requirements
- Degree or vocational qualification in Human Resources
- 4–7 years of professional experience in HR
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR processes
- Experience working with collective bargaining agreements (tariff agreements) in the metal and electrical industry
- Very good MS Office skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
