💰 €70,000 - €80,000 per year

About the role

  • Advise and support managers and employees on employment law matters
  • Manage and implement all employee lifecycle processes at the site
  • Prepare and review monthly payroll
  • Maintain the HRIS and ensure accurate data
  • Serve as point of contact for the works council and actively contribute to works agreements
  • Create and maintain statistics, reports and personnel files
  • Participate in HR projects and continuously optimize processes

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational qualification in Human Resources
  • 4–7 years of professional experience in HR
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR processes
  • Experience working with collective bargaining agreements (tariff agreements) in the metal and electrical industry
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
