About the role
- Oversee Designing, Developing, and supporting the technical work for Ingersoll Rand's Air Treatment product portfolio.
- Make individual contributions with additional responsibility of Leading/mentoring small team of Engineers.
- Deliver high quality project with meeting the OTD and FPY.
- Manage the resource and plan the work efficiently.
- Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, to specification and cost.
- Lead the project planning and execution in system architecture strategy, engineering proposal.
- Execute the NPD and i2V(Innovation to value) projects following the Phase Gate process.
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation to support verification and traceability.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure engineering deliverables meet business objectives.
- Develop key components in partnership with suppliers, driving results through design optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in product development for industrial Product with Small-to-medium size packages, Preferably Industrial refrigeration products.
- Proven Track record of successfully executing the Projects involving Multi regions and multiple teams.
- Proven Track record of leading and successfully completing minimum 3# Projects of Medium to large complexity.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience of the CAD tools (Creo), Generating BOMs, Global PLM, Tolerance stake-up & GD&T.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 5~ 8years of Exp. in Air compressor or Industrial Product.
