About the role
- Grow B2B partnerships and B2C channels
- Meet with families and follow up with leads individually
- Build personal connections with leads and manage the entire sale process
- Manage marketing events on a monthly basis: logistic preparation and collaboration with partners and marketing teams
- Establish and maintain corporate partnerships
Requirements
- Native Mandarin speaker
- At least two years of experience in the education industry
- Experience in sales, recruitment, or enrollment
- Experience in college counseling or admissions is a plus
- Sales or business development experience, existing network or connections in the area is an advantage
- Degree from a U.S. university
- Strong communicator, both in writing and speaking
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Talent and experience in public speaking
