Customer Success Manager

• Build long-term, positive relationships with families and keep them informed on academic planning and application progress
• Understand each family’s concerns, preferences, and expectations, offering encouragement and insight
• Respond promptly and helpfully when challenges arise, ensuring families always feel heard and supported
• Proactively suggest internal offerings based on the student’s progress and future goals
• Collect feedback to support continuous improvement of the customer journey and enhance client satisfaction and referral rates
• Collaborate closely with Graduate Coach, Former Admissions Officer, and course managers to ensure services are delivered to fulfill family needs
• Track key performance indicators such as service completion rates, parent feedback records, and student engagement to identify risks early and intervene when necessary
• Share frontline insights about family’s needs with curriculum, operations, and product teams
• Coordinate all communication between internal advisors and external parents, ensuring messaging is aligned and delivery meets family needs

Part-time Family Success Manager

Counselor

• Build meaningful 1-on-1 relationships with students over months (and sometimes years!)
• Guide students through college and graduate application strategy
• Help students strengthen extracurricular, academic, and personal profiles
• Edit essays and provide thoughtful feedback that encourages students’ authentic voice and independent writing skills
• Brainstorm creative academic, leadership, research, and professional experiences aligned with students’ goals
• Meet remotely with students and families
• Collaborate with fellow mentors and senior team members to support student success
• Manage a flexible caseload based on your availability and interests

College Admissions Counselor

• Proactively establish long-term, positive communication relationships with parents and promptly report students' progress in academics, college applications, and related areas
• Understand each family's concerns, communication preferences, and expectations; provide appropriate guidance and emotional support
• Respond and coordinate immediately when issues arise so parents feel understood and supported
• Based on changes in a student's learning path or new goals, assist in matching relevant support products such as courses, mentoring services, or external resources
• Collect feedback and help optimize service processes to improve customer satisfaction and referral rates
• Collaborate with college advisors, former admissions officer consultants, and program managers/teachers to ensure services meet family needs
• When the coaching team develops a college counseling pathway, school-selection plan, or application strategy for a student, ensure family needs and considerations are communicated and reflected in the plan
• Track key data such as service completion rates, parent communication records, and student status; proactively identify service risks and intervene to coordinate
• Provide feedback on family needs to academic, curriculum, and operations teams
• Coordinate information flow between internal mentors and external parents to ensure consistent messaging and a unified pace
