About the role
- Own and drive end-to-end recruiting across assigned roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, align on candidate profiles, and move searches forward effectively
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach channels
- Track key recruiting metrics and pipeline performance, using data to inform decisions and improve results
- Conduct thoughtful recruiter screens to evaluate capabilities, communication, motivation, and alignment
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience through clear communication, strong process management, and timely follow-up
- Draft, refine, and optimize job descriptions and postings to attract high-quality talent
- Build proactive talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term growth
- Support employer brand efforts and contribute to broader talent and people-related initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support hiring goals and business priorities
- Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting operations, streamline workflows, and raise the bar on hiring quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a demonstrated record of successful hires
- Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across teams and levels
- Ability to run hiring processes end-to-end with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Data-driven mindset, with comfort tracking metrics, monitoring pipeline health, and using insights to improve outcomes
- Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates through direct outreach
- Ability to balance multiple searches and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong command of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and standard recruiting workflows.
