About the role
- Advise, draft, and negotiate sales and procurement contracts
- Consult and advise Sales, Solutions, and Operations teams on a broad range of commercial, technology, security, and regulatory matters
- Evaluate liability and risk exposure across agreements
- Support corporate law and civil litigation matters
- Assist in implementing, maintaining, and educating employees on internal policies
Requirements
- 5+ years of law firm and/or in-house corporate transaction matters
- Experience working in-house at software or fintech company
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials
- Active membership in good standing at least one U.S. state bar
