About the role

  • You confidently oversee projects and initiatives for the Business Banking & Wholesale Banking Leadership Team
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the COO Lead, Business Banking & Wholesale Banking
  • Develop and implement strategic concepts
  • Prepare international meetings and internal communication formats
  • Deliver persuasive presentations of complex content
  • Numbers, analyses and reporting are part of the daily business
  • Generate forward-looking insights and derive strategic actions
  • Evaluate new ideas and prepare calculations for business cases
  • Track projects and key topics
  • Identify optimization potential in internal processes

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, preferably in economics, business administration or a related field
  • Initial experience in project work, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong numerical affinity, business mindset and a good eye for detail
  • Strong analytical skills and a quick grasp of new concepts
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to assess impacts on various stakeholders
  • Structured working style and good time management, even under pressure
  • Team-oriented, cooperative approach and a high degree of self-initiative
  • Willingness to travel regularly for business
  • Strong communication skills and business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
