About the role
- You confidently bridge business and IT
- In projects, you take on IT responsibility and ensure that requirements and implementation align seamlessly
- You analyze and model cross-functional processes
- You develop these processes further together with the business units
- You support the preparation of business cases
- You coordinate features
- You ensure alignment among all stakeholders
- You are responsible for development including testing phases and the handover to production
- In third-level support, you analyze incidents, fix defects, assist with customer enquiries, and test processes and systems
- You ensure transparent IT system, test, and process documentation
- You contribute to cross-functional initiatives and take on tasks in data management, business process development, and requirements engineering.
Requirements
- Degree with a focus on Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of requirements engineering and management as well as software engineering, particularly in analysis, design and modeling
- Understanding of IT systems, including Java microservices, Kafka, and APIs
- Solid knowledge and relevant professional experience in the financial services sector, ideally in banking
- Experience with both traditional and agile project methodologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills and a confident presence
- Systematic and independent working style, with analytical and critical thinking
- Organizational skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to think beyond your own scope and to develop sustainable solutions
- Very good English, written and spoken.
