About the role
- Lead the design and architecture of SharePoint solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
- Define and maintain standards for SharePoint delivery, including documentation, templates, and reusable assets.
- Scope, price, and construct proposals for SharePoint projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Provide expert advice to clients on SharePoint strategy, governance, and adoption.
- Oversee and manage SharePoint implementations, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, escalating as appropriate.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering knowledge sharing and capability development.
- Identify opportunities to improve Infoxchange’s SharePoint offering, processes, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint Online solutions
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint governance, security, and integration with other platforms.
- Experience implementing and advising on Microsoft 365 sensitivity labelling, data classification and information protection frameworks.
- Strong capability applying governance and compliance requirements across SharePoint environments to ensure secure access, appropriate data handling, and alignment with organisational Purview controls.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate, Solutions Architect).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Teams integration.
- Experience working in or with the not-for-profit/community sector.
