• Take the lead on event production and key programs
• Coordinate and deliver the end-to-end project management of external events
• Manage bookings and administration for community programs
• Act as project manager within the MarComms team to collaboratively plan and deliver the 2027 Technology for Social Justice Conference
• Operate as event lead for all logistics during the delivery of the conference
• Manage Infoxchange’s event collateral production and inventory
• Support event communications across digital and print channels

Events Lead

Project Manager

• Coordinate the delivery of the Digital Transformation Hub's training and capacity-building activities, including webinars, workshops and self-paced learning programs.
• Support scheduling, registrations, participant communications, resource preparation, event logistics and Learning Management System administration to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
• Provide project coordination support across Digital Transformation Hub initiatives, including maintaining project documentation, tracking actions and timelines, coordinating meetings and supporting internal processes that contribute to the successful delivery of programs and projects.
• Collect, maintain and analyse training and project data, including participation, feedback and evaluation outcomes.
• Contribute to reporting requirements and support the ongoing improvement of training programs, systems, processes and participant experiences.
• Work collaboratively with the Training Program Designer and Manager, Digital Transformation Hub Manager, presenters, volunteers, partners and internal teams to support the delivery of accessible, engaging and impactful learning opportunities for the not-for-profit sector.
