Product Manager

• Define and lead the product vision and multi-year strategy for the Digital Empowerment Suite, spanning Client & Case Management, Service Directory and future offers.
• Own the P&L for the portfolio, including revenue growth, margin, pricing strategy and investment cases for new initiatives.
• Translate strategy into clear roadmaps and priorities, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful product releases.
• Deeply understand customer and sector needs, leveraging data, research and the voice of the customer to inform decisions.
• Partner with the CTO, Head of CCM Services and other leaders to ensure technology scalability, security, data and privacy robustness, and responsible use of AI.
• Lead go-to-market planning with marketing and sales, supporting positioning, storytelling and engagement at conferences, webinars and sector events.
• Represent Infoxchange with key customers, partners and collaborators, acting as a visible champion for digital transformation and social impact in the community services sector.
• Build a strong, customer-centric product culture across all aspects of the Digital Empowerment Suite.

Head of Product – Digital Empowerment Suite

Engineering Manager

• Hold overall responsibility for successful software delivery, including estimating effort and cost, and ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, quality standards and budget in line with business priorities and product roadmaps.
• Lead and integrate Development, Engineering and QA teams, including people, processes and tools, to deliver reusable, innovative and effective technology solutions across the Digital Empowerment Suite and broader portfolio.
• Partner closely with the Head of Product and Product Manager(s) to prioritise work, plan capacity and sequence initiatives in line with organisational goals, product strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Drive modern engineering and delivery practices (e.g. Agile, CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps) and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and oversee investment cases for new initiatives and technology enhancements, including effort and cost estimates, and work with the CTO and Product leadership to shape and deliver realistic product and technology roadmaps.
• Work with internal and external technology leaders to interpret emerging trends and evaluate new technologies, frameworks and methodologies, balancing innovation, operational efficiency, security and sector value.
• Establish and maintain effective processes across the software development and delivery lifecycle, in collaboration with BA and Product leaders.
• Provide regular, proactive reporting to the CTO on progress, risks, dependencies and opportunities, and highlight industry or competitive trends impacting delivery.
• Oversee resourcing for Development, Engineering and QA teams, ensuring capability and capacity meet current and future demands.
• Partner with the QA Manager to ensure consistent, effective QA practices, tools, testing methodologies and environments across all projects and releases.
• Act as a key liaison between business, Product and engineering teams to allocate resources for priority work, pre‑sales initiatives and product enhancement opportunities.
• Oversee project and release management practices, coordinating with PMs and Dev Leads to deliver sprint outcomes and manage major go‑live events with minimal customer disruption.
• Identify and implement improvements across systems, processes and delivery practices, managing key operational and delivery risks within your remit.

Head of Engineering

Project Manager

• Project manage the end-to-end management of technology transition projects for the customers.
• Oversee the configuration, migration, and implementation of Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Teams, and telephony systems.
• Manage the planning, execution, and upgrade of network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and support for all technology operations.
• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, clients, and vendors, providing updates and ensuring smooth communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in projects, proactively addressing them to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client expectations by conducting thorough testing and validation processes.

ITS Project Manager

Consultant

• Lead the design and architecture of SharePoint solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
• Define and maintain standards for SharePoint delivery, including documentation, templates, and reusable assets.
• Scope, price, and construct proposals for SharePoint projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Provide expert advice to clients on SharePoint strategy, governance, and adoption.
• Oversee and manage SharePoint implementations, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, escalating as appropriate.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering knowledge sharing and capability development.

Principal SharePoint Consultant

People Operations

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team and governance activities, including preparing documents, reports and supporting smooth operation of core processes.
• Assist coordination of staff events, engagement activities and internal communications, including the People & Culture newsletter and Viva Engage posts, to support an inclusive and connected workplace.
• Support recruitment processes by coordinating candidate communication, interview scheduling, behavioural assessments and reference checks, and maintaining accurate records in relevant systems.
• Oversee stock and distribution of employee branding materials and onboarding packs, ensuring alignment with Infoxchange values, branding guidelines and sustainability principles.
• Administer and promote the IXcel Reward & Recognition Program.
• Provide occasional relief support to the People & Governance Operations Lead and the Executive Assistant during periods of leave, as required.
• Champion an inclusive workplace culture and promote engagement activities aligned with our values.

People & Culture Administrator

• Drive the delivery of multiple concurrent projects from kick-off to go-live.
• Take ownership of schedules: manage timelines, resources, and dependencies.
