Product Manager

• Support the Head of Product to ensure the ongoing success of the Digital Empowerment Suite in line with Infoxchange’s mission, strategy and values
• Translate product strategy into epics, features and user stories, shaping and maintaining backlogs and release plans across CCM, the Service Directory and related products
• Work with the Head of Product, CTO, fellow Product Managers and technical teams spanning One ‑ IX to prioritise work, participate in sprint and release planning and manage roadmap execution
• Consider customer outcomes, sector impact and technology advancement throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring changes deliver real value and are practical to implement
• Contribute to business and investment cases that support roadmap initiatives and prepare material for review and approval
• Own day ‑ to ‑ day operational product tasks such as maintaining pricing and the product pricelist and keeping standard contract schedules and T&Cs up to date within agreed commercial frameworks
• Provide timely product information, pricing inputs and configuration guidance to support new customer acquisitions, lead generation and in ‑ contract change
• Help maintain strong alignment between market demand, our products and services, engaging with customers and advisory groups such as the Community Advisory Group (CAG) where appropriate
• Contribute to a culture of customer focus, delivery of outcomes and continuous improvement across product and cross ‑ functional delivery teams
• In collaboration with Marketing and the Head of Product, support communications and thought ‑ leadership content for channels such as social media, customer newsletters and sector events.

Data Analyst

• Identify and document customer reporting and data requirements using a range of methods, including review of contractual artefacts, stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops and analysis of existing data and documentation.
• Analyse customer needs, including current business processes and reporting workflows, to translate them into clear, actionable reporting specifications.
• Produce well‑structured reporting requirement documents using clear and concise language that is accessible to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Design and develop aggregate reports, list reports, data grids and graphical objects (dashboards and visualisations) using the application’s business intelligence framework.
• Interrogate and validate report outputs, providing commentary on key findings such as trends, patterns, anomalies and comparisons over time or across segments.
• Contribute to data extract, transformation and migration activities to ensure the accuracy, consistency and usability of data for reporting and analytics.
• Plan and manage the schedule of reporting and analysis work, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to set priorities, agree timeframes and manage expectations.
• Suggest improvements to our applications and data pipeline to capture cleaner data, addition of new insightful datapoints, and ideas that could further add value to our datasets.
• Undertake other related duties as reasonably requested by the reporting manager to support the objectives of the Digital Empowerment Suite.
• Use AI tools to accelerate routine reporting tasks (e.g. drafting commentary, generating code, summarising data) while maintaining accountability for accuracy and quality of all outputs.
• Stay current with emerging AI capabilities relevant to data analytics and proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows using new tools.

QA Engineer

• Contribute to manual testing activities across the application, including functional, regression, UI, and exploratory testing
• Assist with the planning, execution, and documentation of test cases in line with project requirements
• Support and gradually contribute to test automation activities, including maintaining and extending existing automated test scripts under guidance
• Work collaboratively with developers, subject matter experts, and other QA team members to understand system behaviour and testing needs
• Execute test scripts and clearly log, track, and retest defects using agreed tools and processes
• Learn and apply automation frameworks to support smoke and regression testing, with mentoring from senior team members
• Assist in maintaining automated test suites to ensure ongoing reliability as the application evolves
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger (or willingness to learn)
• Participate in sprint activities such as backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives to gain exposure to delivery processes
• Communicate effectively with developers to clarify defects, acceptance criteria, and expected behaviour
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve testing processes and quality outcomes
